Full-spectrum CBD is when the whole plant CBD is made by extracting a full profile of beneficial cannabinoids and ternes from the hemp plant, including trace amounts of THC (but never enough to get you high). Full spectrum CBD is the most pure, unprocessed, and unfiltered hemp extract which contains all of the hemp plant's beneficial nutrients.

Broad-spectrum boasts the same blend of additional cannabinoids but is THC-free. It begins as a full spectrum oil then goes through a refinement process to remove all THC compounds.

The main differences between CBD (and the brands that make it) come down to three main things: the quality of the CBD distillate, the process used to extract it, and the extracts used to enhance it.

Different hemp oils have different CBD content (some more concentrated than others). High-quality oil is derived from hemp that’s naturally more abundant in CBD. For our tinctures, we offer US-derived Full-Spectrum CBD oil meaning it uses the entire plant when extracting, therefore taking advantage of all of its benefits.

The way CBD oil is extracted from the hemp plant also affects the quality, and cleanliness, of the product. Some extraction techniques leave toxic solvents in the CBD, while others (like ours) don’t.

And then come the extracts. Different extracts have different effects, and some extracts are all-natural while others have additives.
