Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges - Online Purchases

We only accept returns and replace items if they are defective, damaged upon delivery or if you received an incorrect item. If your purchase is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 14 days of purchase.

To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CBD@lume.com and Lume will supply a return label to ship the product back to us for inspection. Proof of purchase and a photo of the defective/damaged product is required.
